“Taking Care of Yourself”, The Black WellBeing Collective, LondonThrough research and consulting, many racialised groups who work in the migration & refugee sector have been facing burnout, overwhelm and experiences of vicarious/ racial trauma, on a case by case basis. This wellbeing programme supplied attendees with ways they can look after themselves, providing room to reflect and acknowledge wellbeing needs.

“Humxns Beyond Borders”, DROA qommunity, Brussels
At the intersection of arts, queerness and migration. Queers on the Move is a Brussels based collective fighting against the intersectional gaps that persist in almost all cultural and creative sectors in Europe. The artivist project ‘Humxns Beyond Borders’ invited 16 artists to look at the intersection of migration and queerness in Brussels. Following a series of workshops, they responded with murals painted in Circle Park.

“Namaz”, poems, meditations & rituals
Namaz offers poems, meditations, and rituals for collective healing and remembering in these disconnected times. Dr. Arezou Ghane weaves ancestral stories and textures alongside the beautifully mundane details of modern life. Including fresh adaptations of ancient food medicines from the Silk Road and guided practices to cultivate curiosity, compassion, and peace. Namaz intends to elevate and inspire.
